Homeless and Mental Health Services
MCPN Homeless Services and Mental Health services is a department of Community Services located in MCPN Medical Clinics. The homeless Services and
Outreach, Case Management, Psychosocial services, Mental Health and Counseling are available to medical patients referred by MCPN Medical Providers.
The program consists of:
- Homeless Services and Outreach located at North Aurora Family Health Services and Estes Clinic.
- Severely Persistently Mentally Ill Services and Case Management through Aurora Mental Health Center located at North Aurora Family Health Services.
- Behavioral and Health Psychology Services through Aurora mental Health Center located at South Aurora Family Health Services.
- Integrated Case Management through Jefferson Center for Mental Health located at Arvada Clinic.
- Special Populations Services located at Arvada Clinic.
